Grandpa’s Best Hay is the only hay Vinny will eat now. He refuses any other

We discovered Grandpa’s Best hay last year because we were looking for quality and dust free products, our rabbit had lost interest in the hays we were buying and other brands were just not providing the quality. I was able to contact a staff member who answered all my questions and concerns. Really sincerely attending to our concerns and needs. Grandpa’s Best gets FIVE stars for quality, price, and customer service! After buying several popular brands of hay, and not loving other higher priced and middle priced brands, due to quality and customer service, I decided to try Grandpa’s Best many months ago. Both of my bunnies continue to eat more GB hay than they were before. I have been consistently happy with quality of all of the hay types Grandpa’s best offers. I have reordered several boxes since. On one order there was a minor glitch, but Grandpa’s Best customer service team got back to me quickly and went above and beyond to correct it. They truly want happy bunny and human customers. Since then we’ve also really enjoyed being buddies with Grandpa’s Best on Instagram. Thank you GB!

I love the compact design. I am able to store this hay in a small area which is perfect since my 6 rabbits are indoors. I can easily break off a layer and put it right in their cage with minimal mess. With other bagged hay I am constantly shaking off the excess so I don’t drop it all over the floor and end up sweeping more than I put in the cages. I can fluff the hay once it’s in their cage but I choose to keep it compact to aid in wearing their teeth. They have no issues devouring this hay and they absolutely love it.

We’ve tried several top brands but we started Grandpa’s Best and wow! If you are in a hay rut, we highly recommend it. So glad we switched. We’ve been eating this for over two months now and haven’t slowed down! Also, customer service at Grandpa’s best fixed a small blip and went above and beyond to make sure we were smiling and well-fed!
